1. Seller verification
Sellers may be required to provide name, phone number, business details, product category, delivery area and verification documents before receiving full selling privileges.
2. Product listing quality
Sellers must provide clear titles, accurate descriptions, correct prices, real stock levels and honest product images. Misleading listings may be removed.
3. Pricing and stock
Sellers should keep stock and prices updated. Products that are repeatedly unavailable after ordering may be hidden or restricted.
4. Order fulfilment
Sellers must process orders quickly, update order status and package items safely. The seller dashboard includes product, order and tracking tools to support this process.
5. Live selling
Live sellers must show products clearly, avoid false scarcity, answer buyers respectfully and only sell items they can fulfil.
6. Prohibited conduct
Sellers must not sell counterfeit products, unsafe products, stolen goods, prohibited goods, misleading products or products that violate customer trust and marketplace rules.
